No.

WOOOOOO~!!

Judging by the trailer it looks like it's animated by the same team that did the beautiful PSX version animation. This could be very good.

Wooo, they're using the Fujishima designs here. And they look excellent! And it looks much better than the Tales of Eternia anime. A definite winner!

That's really cool... I was always waiting to see an anime for Tales Of Phantasia, I liked the games and hoping the anime is as cool as the game... Well now I should wait for Tales Of Destiny ^^

If this doesn't sucks like the Eternia anime, I'll be happy!

Ooo pretty
I thought Eternia had kind of dumb character designs anyway (wonder if anyone watched who didn't play the game), but here with ToP we have designs that anyone can love, and lookit 'em!! Could it be the first good RPG-based anime? I'm stoked.

Yeah, if it blows like Tales of Eternia's anime did, then I'd rather they not make the thing at all.

It'd better be good.

Two dot noses, based on Fujishima's new drawing style?

That's just because it's a straight on shot. I bet if the whole sequence was there, the nose would only be like that for a few frames.

I think I need to quote Dejap on this.

"I BET SHE FUCKS LIKE A TIGER."

Sorry, it had to be done.

(If you didn't play the 'english' version, it's the scene on the boat where Klarth is talking to Cless right before they go into the cabins).

So...how about those...things....

And this is exactly why I tend to not like fan translations of games as much, to say nothing of "creative liberties" being taken by a certain "professional" company whose name begins with Working and ends in Designs.

Yeah, Dejap had too much profanity in their translation and in some cases, the translation didn't seem right at all. That above statement proves it. However, I got theirs because it's pretty much the only one people know about. Does anyone know one that has a better translation?

Interestingly, there are actually some fairly good ToP translations to be dug out of the recesses of GameFAQs for the (much better) PSX version. There was one that reached at least a third or so of the way through the game, even translating the face-box-conversations on the map screen, and in general, I agreed with the translated text. A few guides, too, had some dialogue for scenes, too, as I recall... DeJap's translation sounded like a zero, they don't talk THAT dirty in the Japanese text.

I guess that could be a reason, but in the trailer her nose basically dissapears in a few frames in that scene ^_^'
