It's the murderer character in the Detective Conan manga and anime series.
When Aoyama wants to draw some scene with the murderer or whatever, and the reader shouldn't still know his/her identity, he always draws this black silhouette with an evil grin, to the point it has become another usual character in the series -> He's the living image of EVIL itself!

I'm trying to be as open as I can about these pics. But for some strange reason the Only thing I can think of when I look at the Bunny Girl is the freaky rabbit from the movie "Donnie Darko" and it's wierding me out. It must be the black leather.

Actually I find myself liking the whole set of character designs now, not counting the older CGs of Arche and Van...
