Oh... one question: Is Duolon's (whatever) style "Hizoku", as they say in KOF Online? They also say one of his important things is his Hizoku clan's symbol. So, is it official and there's no secret about it after all? Maybe he's not Lon or Long or Ron... but Lon's (or Long's or Ron's...) brother. Or something similar. No?
And that, plus Chin's appearance and comments in K's story, makes me think that probably they didn't start completely anew after all and are continuing the Dragon Spirit thingie...
EDIT:
quote: You do have a point, but look at the silhouette. She's wearing a bandanna or something. Our sexy girl has short hair. Don't get me wrong, I think it'd be awesome if they were the same person or if the sexy version was Marin's true form, but I'm just not convinced that they're the same person. I think the magazine just flubbed something up.
EDIT: If only I could find the movelist picture of her or something...she definitely didn't look like the girl who shows up in those intermission scenes.
I agree with you, Nate. Not because of that hinted Hinako's "sisterness", but because of the movelist portrait, where she didn't look much like that intro or whatever girl. I also think "the magazine flubbed something up" (whatever "flubbed" means )
Mwahahaha! I'm gonna murder someone...
How do you say "sushi" in Japanese? :D Victoria Beckham (not confirmed)

But hey, at least we'll have ammunition on our side if anyone ever wants to start a debate about the lack of overtly homosexual, transexual, or Chinese Marilyn Manson cosplayer characters in video games.
They'll never know!
I know, I don't like this new team either. They're too... uhhh... Jojo-ey... And that one guy does give me severe Dean Earwicker flashbacks (or is it Steve Fox? I think they're the same character... ah, you know... the guy from Tekken 4...). He's the only masculine one in the group, anyway.
They'll never know!
THAT'S DANNY. His hometown is New Orleans.

quote: I like the new team. A bit odd. A bit "tekken-ish" in their design. But I'm glad that SNKP didn't go down the 'darker-more-cynical-and-jaded-then-last-years-hero' route. It would have been too damn easy (and boring) to have created a new hero that was darker, meaner and angrier then K'.
Instead we get this odd Remy-ish character. Kinda of an aloof, non-serious, I-don't-give-a-damn character. Kyo was like that in his early days (and he still is to a point) but Kyo's become darker and less in control of his powers. Add in two mysterious two teammates who also look cocky and might be mission driven, and you got an interesting mix.
Does Ash have a mission? K' wanted to dismantle NESTS. Now he, Maxima and Whip are there to make sure the new evil doesn't rise. But what does Duron want? And importantly, how the hell does Ash fit into all of this new-orochi-dragon-power-nests-mishmash? Shen Wu just might be along for the ride. Hrm? And who will be Ash's rival?
I'm gonna guess that Duron will betray Ash and the two wil become rivals. Irregardless, I'm excited. The 'mysteriousness' of the whole situation and the inclusion of the 'god's caliber team' really excites me. Certainly better then the NESTS mess.
The possibility of Duolon betraying Ash are already know by everyone...Even Ash "imself" if I could say, since I remember someone reporting from the beta a special intro between them, where Ash was asking if Duolon was a "Bandit" or "assasin" (we should guess Hizoku here) and Duolon was just laughing as an answer.
Anyway, this is just me but the "Fag" style problem comes only on Falcoon art, IMO. Don't flame I'm not tell that Falcoon draws that bad (He's damn better than Nona!) but IMO falcoon is really good only when he drawns his own characters. When he drawn some already knows characters (like now, or those on his site) He change them to much. As for the new hero team since they wasn't drawn before just look at the in gam art (the VS screen with Chizuru is good for that) and you'll see that they doesn't have the same look. Ash just look like foxy's hidden brother, Shen a smiling hawaiian dude (not a maniac like on Falcoon's art) and Duolon just look wierd, like any other hizoku member in fact.
