Well, I think rap is an even worse music than Parapara AND eurodance combined, so I don't know much about it.
But even if some of our "ghettos" are violent and most policemen don't want to go there, I haven't heard anything about rocketlaunchers, barely a few massive turning rapes and cars burning. And yes, they rap, and yes, they suck, like everyrap (except japanese rap. Japanese rap is the funniest thing ever).
But we also have MC Solar, the "rap of the 16th" (ward, not century). (the 16th ward is the richest of Paris, and its rap is very... particular) (and sucks big time)(like every other rap)(but I've covered this before).
And finaly, we also have ghettos without car burning and massive turning rapes (well, at least non consenting massive turning rapes). It's in the 4th ward, and... Well, I think most cops won't want to go in there either, but for a different reason.
But I don't know, even if I know nobody will ever believe me, I don't know this area much (I hate it nearly as much as rap music)(which sucks so much).

Yes Rap sucks...And yes they use rocketlaucher, but for robery, most of them are Money-car attacks....

Cee-lo is not scary. Try the video for Gettin' Grown (Gettin' Down thanks to the imbasils at Rollingstone). It's kinda weird, but I wouldn't call it frightening. Actually, in most of the videos, Cee-lo reminds me more of Andre 3000 (other half of Outkast, he's in Hey Ya) crossed with George Clinton (Parliament Funkadelic) crossed with a preacher (not the scary fundamentalist kind). Really, give it a shot.
Besides, he can't be scarier than Michael Jackson.
