9 times out of 10 the SF3 characters still won't have heights and weights...

I've heard any rumors on what it will contain. Things like combos, etc. was one rumor.

It really does look like one of the Street Fighter Alpha anime DVDs that were released in North America. The box art makes it seem like that, but I don't think it's that.

It's either things like combos or other gameplay related things, or something in the sorts of the history of Street Fighter.

I'll search around the net and see if I can pull up the information that I read on it recently.

According to Gamespot, "The set will also include a two-hour-long DVD titled Gamest Video: Super Street Fighter II X - Special Edition."
In other words, I don't think they even know yet what it is.

From what I originally heard, the DVD was going to contain the SF2 Anime... I don't think that was ever more than rumours though, so don't quote me on that.
