Usually, nothing except the cover is new. (and KOF 2002 one was awfull). The content can be really good, but the last mooks of Arcadia were either compilations of articles of the regular magazine, or full of typos and errors (I think that was the case for GGXX). Nothing to get excited, imo.

Well it would be nice to see any larger and clearer scans of the site artwork (instead small with the blurry photoshop effects) for people like Zero or Red Arremer IMO.

Then the regular Arcadia is your friend. In this one, the official pics of the 8 hidden + the 2 oyaji boss are in good quality. Now that I think of it, if they begin the kôryaku of the hidden characters soon, then maybe the 8 hidden will have another picture, like the other had (and most of them are really good, I think the scans of the last arcadia where they were first printed where shown here and there...?)
