, posted Fri 5 Sep 05:49: THAT WAS AWESOME Spoiler (Highlight to view) - So finally the showdown has started? This episode gave us much more that we could expect, and there were many secrets revealed. Steyr's and Socom's "new" intentions are interesting, and while used in many RPG's already, I like the "reset" concept a lot. Can't wait for the next episode!
End of Spoiler Haven't seen an anime episode so cool since... Cowboy Bebop I think.

Man, Scrapped Princess is the best Cliffhanger anime I've seen since Marmalade Boy. it just makes you want to see the next episode...
Rocking series, and if 21-26 keep this up it should easily be the best series of the year.
Now...Why is it taking so long for Stellvia 22 to be subbed? -.-
Spoiler (Highlight to view) - whoa, big twist at the end when shannon / zefiris got some back up from something I can only assume are other dragoons... or something close. I still think cz / sim will turn... mainly because steyr actually "challenged" her to join the humans side.
End of Spoiler
need next episode now!
for great justice.

Since I'm looking for new series to watch... Can someone resume what this series is about? and what is the original japanese name? (I can't watch fansubs, these small letters from hell at the bottom of the screen prevents me from concentrating what's going on)
Basically you have a badass knight and a cute magician protecting a cute princess in a medieval setting and after some episodes you find yourself in the middle of a very very well written sci-fi epic.

"Episode 21"
, posted Sat 13 Sep 17:20 Spoiler (Highlight to view) - We had our climax, an awesome battle (that looked more like an Ikaruga level), the team is together again, and Steyr, well, you saw. Another excellent episode that felt like a season ending, but I assume that the end begins now.
And Shannon still ROCKS.

Alright, alright, I can't hear any more praise for this show without actually watching it. Now that I have my new computer, I've decided to hunt it down, but I've been out of the digisub scene for awhile and have a few questions before I get started.
1) Where can I get it? A lot of BT sites aren't very helpful for getting the first few episodes of a series when the 20-something episodes are the ones currently being subbed.
2) Which fansubs are you guys watching? I've seen some dead Anime Junkies links for Scrapped Princess 1-5 on a few BT sites, but also a working Solar link for the first few eps on others. I know Anime Junkies did some quality work on Hikaru no Go though, so I'm guessing you guys are going to tell me to hunt down the Anime Junkies ones.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

Try to avoid Animejunkies as much as possible, I noticed too many mistakes in their translations... so far Anime Keep is doing a great job, with wery good image quality and smaller file size.

At this moment it looks like there's a decent number of seeds for each episode, even the early ones.
2) I'm partial to the Keep-ANBU versions (if only because those episodes seem to have the most seeds present), but I have Episode 1 of the Anime-Kraze release and it looked good too.

Thanks, but I should've mentioned that I found a site for them. I've already downloaded the first ten Keep-ANBU episodes, but I've only gotten to watch the first. I'm not sure what I think about it yet, partly because I already knew the concept before I saw the first episode, but it's had some really good parts so far. "Please die" was just classic and I like the whole "Dark Zone" feel that the world has, with every seemingly normal person eventually becoming a violent psychopath that wants to kill Pacifica. Brilliant concept.
