Don't think that's made known publically yet, but its most likely that its Production IG, due to their history with the Tales series.

Yeah, hopefully... I want a good anime that makes me forget of that horrible Tales of Eternia series...

And about FMA, I liked these scanlations, I'll check the anime when it comes out.
