These videos are part of the set that started circulating about a week ago. If you hunt around on Neo-Geo.com and Shoryuken.com, you might be able to find the full set, which is:
Akuma vs. Violent Ken Balrog vs. Sagat Chun-Li vs. Shiki Demitri vs. Bison Dhalsim vs. Genjyuro Hugo vs. Mars Kyo vs. Orochi Iori Mr. Karate vs. Vega Terry vs. Geese Tessa vs. Kasumi Zero vs. Earthquake
If you have limited bandwidth, Tessa vs. Kasumi is not worth it. Tessa vs. Kasumi and Mr. Karate vs. Vega are probably the two worst videos. Dhalsim vs. Genjyuro, Balrog vs. Sagat, Akuma vs. Violent Ken, and Kyo vs. Orochi Iori are mediocre. Demitri vs. Bison isn't that great, but it has Psycho Crusher and Midnight Bliss.
Zero vs. Earthquake and Hugo vs. Mars are the top tier. They're just plain excellent. Zero vs. Earthquake has Zero's Cyber Elf Exceed, Zero's Mettool Transformation move, Earthquake's overhead super, and lots of farting. It also shows Zero screwing up his slide super, which I believe will be the coolest anti-shoto move ever (but it's not that great against Earthquake). Hugo vs. Mars has a fun little conversation between Poison and Mars with a couple of appropriately stupid interjections by Hugo followed by tons of ass-kicking. It's not a very flashy fight, but it's well played and gives you a nice overview of how Mars plays.
Terry vs. Geese is also fun, but really only if you like Terry and Geese a lot. The first round is crap, but they have a fun special intro (with voice!) and the last two rounds are really well played. All of Geese's supers are shown and I'd swear that the Terry player whipped out the Buster Wolf at least four times, including one that was awesomely countered with a standard Geese counter.
And thanks for posting the videos. They're about a week old, but they're very hard to find, especially if you have a slow connection and can't get them all in an hour before the server goes down.

What about Chun vs Shiki? I loved it but I definitely don't know enough about fighting game videos to tell if it's worth it or not. At least it shows Shiki's supers and exceed.
One question, BTW: I noticed that Chun changes the kicking leg while doing her multi kick super. Is that new for SvC (more or less something like rubber animations for Dhalsim) or did she do it before in, say, SF3 or any other? I ask because it's a detail that I really liked.
