Here is what it says (rough translation):
"This is a rumor of an unfinished sequel to Mark of the Wolves that SNK had to abandon because it closed its doors. The supposed name of the game is Garou: Legacy of Might. We only know that it exists as an alpha version with many glitches, it has no illustrations, intro demo, cut scenes and only winning scenes and a single conversation with Rock and Terry. Apparently Rock is angry with Terry for withholding so much information about his father. You can also see Andy, with a new costume, who looks more like a ninja like Eiji Kisaraji from Art of Fighting. Another person is Ryo who is dressed up like Mr. Karate like he was in Fatal Fury Wild Ambition. We don't know anything about Grant but his partner Kain is selectable from the beginning.

They expect me to believe the person who posted these shots was savvy enough to get ahold of a game that nobody has but that's the best they were able to do for screenshots? Yeah, I doubt those are real as well.

If such an alpha existed, then we would have a ROM for it. We have the ROMs for two sets of Garou betas and (I think) at least two unreleased SNK games, so why would no one have dumped this?
And besides that, the description of the game also has the taint of fan fiction. Much like the "script" for the season premiere of Angel that was circulated a month or two ago, the description of this game relies entirely on things that we are already aware of and describes nothing new or original, such as new characters or a new fighting system. I also don't see why they would put Andy and Ryo/Mr.Karate in Mark of the Wolves when we already have Hokutomaru and Marco in the game. None of the original MotW characters have the same moves as each other except for Rock having a few of Terry's. Having Andy and Ryo in the game would be redundant and boring.
The only part that made sense was Kain being selectable. That's a logical choice for the next game, given Rock and Terry's endings. If Rock's playable, then Kain should be.
