It's not much to go on, but I think it's noteworthy. I recently got rid of my DVD of the Animation, deeming it as an Anime I probably wouldn't watch again. For an Anime, I think it could have been longer and have been more in depth. The art was okay, and I liked the combination of English and Japanese voice acting. As a vampire story, well, I was a tad disappointed. Then again, I was hoping for more Anne Rice/Stoker/Streiber/Saberhagen inspired stuff. I also read a recent graphic novel (Blood TLV 2002) which was okay.
Well, the guy reporting this thinks that Donnie Yu can pull this off (and it seems he was somewhat satisfied with Freddy vs Jason).
Anyway, we'll wait and see...
