From what I have heard, it's better than what most people say. Let's hope that those words back this dorama up. It's surprising that they used high school girls, even though, Usagi and the rest of the inner senshi are in middle school.

You could make the case that they didn't really look like they were in middle school at the time.

I feel so sad. Maybe some J-Pop stars could have done the role in my opinion. Like Maki Goto formely of Morning Musume would be a perfect Sailor Venus and BoA could be a perfect Sailor Mars. But anyway, some of the girls look good.
Is Takeuchi at all in any way at all part of the production of this drama? Looking at the time and day it's going to be aired, I'd rather consider the show your typical super sentai show rather than a j-dorama.
I wonder who is playing Tuxedo Mask. Also are they going to do Luna and Artemis like how they did with Salem in Sabrina? Or do CGi like with the Hamster-Sensei in Power Rangers Ninja Storm/Hurricanranger?

Anyway, I think Luna and Artemis may still be in the drama. In the character description for Usagi, it says she meets Luna to become Sailor Moon. Plus it would be stuipd to get rid of the cats.

Hmm, in Usagi's description it refers to a "talking black stuffed cat, Luna," so I guess the trick to making a fake cat look like Luna in the drama was to make Luna into a fake cat!
Though a odango-less brown-haired Sailor Moon scares me, I probably oughtta give this one a spin given that I ended with all 200 on video tape somehow...the first Japanese show I ever really followed (even if only the first two seasons were good)!
