You're speaking of unknown elements at the moment. SNK NeoGeo Korea was founded by MegaKing, certainly. Last I know, MegaKing's president, Sang Min Lee, was also in charge of SNK NG-K. The reasons for all of this are kind of complex.
MegaKing was instrumental in getting Playmore on their feet, and originally seemed to expect to get a huge portion of the SNK legacy as a result. At some point, MegaKing even registered the SNKNeoGeo.com domain.
Relations seem to have cooled pretty dramatically, however, between Playmore (now SNK Playmore) and MegaKing. It's really hard to tell what's going on.
The SNK NG-K webside isn't even up yet, although the domain is there.
In theory, SNK NG-K is a separate company from MegaKing -- but at the moment, it's... not. As far as I know.
With all of the silence, I can only expect that there's something weird going on. Somebody isn't happy about something. We'll see, soon enough, who that is and what happens. Then we can possibly extrapolate why.
