If I remember correctly, he said どいつもこいつも！, which would roughly translate to "if it isn't one guy, it's the next" so I believe that translation is a bit off.
I may be wrong, though, since I've never seen the quote directly.

Yeah. In his case, he cuts it off right there. If I remember correctly Dan continues on to say something like "Everybody's messing with me!" or something...
