I just wish her X-men member name, it's a girl named samantha (if I'm right) and her skill is to turn into a human torch with some flame as hair.

If I understand correctly, you are actually referring to two X - Women who were in the New Mutants & X - Force comics. Samantha is a mutant called Boom Boom, who shot explosive charges. She was like a more practical Jubilee.
The girl with flaming hair was called Magma, who had volcanic powers. Both characters have been in the XMen cartoon that is currently still on.
The only other female character in the X books with flaming hair is of course the famous/infamous Phoenix

I never said that Magma was Samantha. I did avoid going into any detail about her because her story was kinda convoluted though, so I even avoided mentioning her name.
