Well they aren't quite the gashapons we know now. They are a set of key chains. I never seen these before. Its interesting to see what's out there

Well this ebay dealer has been putting quite a bit of these on eBay. At a buy now of 5 dollars. All of the figures are in the package. And they all seem to be series one, Mostly Ken Ryu, and Alex in all the assorted colors. I have seen a lot being bought up at that price and they just keep replenishinbg the stock. Part of me is skeptical but part of me think quick grab them
