Ok, I have the ARCS back up. I was able to retrieve my data that was saving the results. My hard drive crisis has been temporarily resolved. RB, regarding the Buriki One and SS64 characters, I will include them but not this round. Edit: I got one in there RB. I was originally intending to but all plans were changed when my comp got messed up. I still have a lot of rounds to go so don’t worry. Ok, on with the show.
Alex: 2002 Avg. Score: 8.57 2003 Avg. Score: 8.30 2002/2003 differential: -0.27 “Alex is undoubtedly my best, and favorite 3rd Strike character.” ~whitesword
Shiki (SS64): 2002 Avg. Score: NA 2003 Avg. Score: 8.13 “I still remember (mostly) Professor's old comment, which I agree with: Any character that has a snake tattoo that runs from her leg, up her thigh, and across her back is a very cool design in my book” ~gojira
K’: 2002 Avg. Score: NA 2003 Avg. Score: 6.75 “Skinny fire guy with the heavy heavy boots. I like him, because if there wasn't a K', there would be no anti K' = KULA” ~holiday
Balrog (US ver. The boxer): 2002 Avg. Score: 5.35 2003 Avg. Score: 4.53 2002/2003 differential: -0.82 “I, like many people, don't care much for Mike Tyson any more.” ~gojira
Caffeine Nicotine (SS): 2002 Avg. Score: 6.67 2003 Avg. Score: 5.59 2002/2003 differential: -1.08 “He can throw a burning monkey. Otherwise he's best avoided.” ~Ishmael
Temjin (AOF2): 2002 Avg. Score: NA 2003 Avg. Score: 3.10 “hardly any thing there??? Suffers from what a lot of these AOF characters need. Much more development” ~Adon
Captain Commando (Capcom vs): 2002 Avg. Score: 6.44 2003 Avg. Score: 7.55 2002/2003 differential: +1.11 “He is THE god of Capcomism! "CAPTAIN SWORD!"” ~whitesword
Heavy D (KOF): 2002 Avg. Score: 6.25 2003 Avg. Score: 6.50 2002/2003 differential: +0.25 “He needs to realize he gets judged by the company he keeps.” ~Ishmael Magneto (Marvel vs): 2002 Avg. Score: 8.64 2003 Avg. Score: 6.78 2002/2003 differential: -1.86 Sheeesh “I love this guy I hate this guy. Its amazing how fast people can play him in MvC2. I only wish i was that fast if your going to perfect someone in MvC2 he is the best chance. The combo possibilty insane oh I hate getting trashed by good Magnetos players but admire it” ~Adon
Huitzil (DS) 2002 Avg. Score: 5.33 2003 Avg. Score: 5.89 2002/2003 differential: +0.56 “This robot is a great. Yagyu Hanma (SS64): - 9 One of my favorite charas in Samurai Tamashii and Asura Zanmaden. Nothing better than spanking the hell out of somebody.
Kazuki (SS series): - 6 I don't normally like Kazuki, but Enja Kazuki gets him a few more points than he would have otherwise.
Kula Diamond (KOF series): - 10 One of my favorite "new" KOF charas.
Anakaris (DS series): - 7 Extremely unusual play style and interesting design.
Prince (PS): - 2 Take Saturn, and make him cheap and annoying, and you get Prince!
Dudley (SF3 series): - 7 Nothing wrong with the fellow. Not my style of character, though.
Vice (KOF series): - 9 She's cool, sexy, and has command throws.
Roll (Capcom vs): - 7 Ha ha ha ha ha... Just the opposite of Whitesword, I like the other Roll better. :D
Sie Kensou (KOF series): - 8 Standard KOF chara, and a good team-mate for Athena.
Kim Jae Hoon (MOTW) - 6 Meh. I prefer Dong-Hwan, if only because of his attitude.
Note: I made a couple of vids of Tetsuban Hanma (and Karakuri Hanma, too) for requests, so if you don't know what he fights like, you'll be able to see pretty soon.

Yagyu Hanma (SS64): - N/A I played SS64, but it was a while back and I certainly don't remember most of the new characters.
Kazuki (SS series): - 4 Not a terrible design, but the new characters of 3 and 4 don't really have the appeal of the SS 1 and 2 characters.
Kula Diamond (KOF series): - 5 Meh. Don't really like or dislike her as a character, but she is fun to use.
Anakaris (DS series): - 8 Very innovative design, fun as heck to use (in the DS series at least, he's almost useless in MvC2) and he's a megalomaniac mummy for cryin' out loud!
Prince (PS): - 4 Uninteresting, especially compared to Saturn. Saturn doesn't really need a clone.
Dudley (SF3 series): - 10 One of my favorite fighter characters OF ALL TIME! The voice, the style, the fun gameplay...too much for most to handle...
Vice (KOF series): - 3 Don't care for her either.
Roll (Capcom vs): - 2 Does not belong in fighting games, IMO.
Sie Kensou (KOF series): - 1 Annoying little bi***.
Kim Jae Hoon (MOTW) - 9 Funny, fun to use, is Kim's son...what's not to like. Also it's fun to try to mimic his stance. It looks pretty funny when you try to do it in real life.
