Have you guys seen the preview for this movie? I saw it today when I went to see X2 (yeah, so it took me a while. I was busy. It kicked ass.). Anyways, when it first started, I could've sworn in was the preview for the second Resident Evil movie ^_^; I mean, come on! A person walking out of a hospital (where'd we leave off in the first one, hmmmm?) into an totally abandoned town affected by a strang virus. Ok...
Anyways, it says it reshaped zombie horror as we know it. I guess that means showing zombies with heavy metal music in the back ground, huh? I'll take Romero's living dead trilogy (minus Day of the Dead, thank you) over this stuff anyday.

It looked interesting, I might go see it, or at least rent the DVD once it comes out.

I swear, it's taken forever and a day for 28 Days Later to make it from the UK over to the US. I'm looking forward to seeing it since the climate in the world seems right for a return of the paranoia, gore and end of the world nihilism that drive the best zombie movies.

I wish they had picked a different title since the two names are so similar. Although now that I think about it a movie where Sandra Bullock had to go through rehab while also fighting zombies would be pretty cool.

I was thinking the same thing about it being a RE2 preview.... but then I started thinking, "Oh man... what if it's a SILENT HILL PREVIEW???" I would have gotten so excited that I would have destroyed the theater if that were true. I think this movie looks interesting. I just hope the zombies are Romero-style zombies and not those FAKE CRAPPY zombies like in Return of the Living Dead. Those Return movies SUCKED.
