Go to http://enweb.ragnarok.co.kr/ and click Account. A small tip -- the only thing that has an effect on the characters you create is the Male/Female choice. Otherwise, it doesn't affect character names, stats, or descriptions. (So, don't spend too much time thinking about it, like I did...!)
