Millenium Actress is a great movie... it's almost up to Ghibli quality. It's directed by the same guy who did Perfect Blue and it's like the life story of a made up japanese actress. Really well written and the animation is great. If you don't have access to the fansub, Dreamworks has the rights to release the movie domestically... but I'm not sure of when they'll be doing that.
