This little handheld wonder has made some good acheivements. So I wonder,do any of you think that the GBA could handle DS?
I long to use Talbain in a game again. *sighs*

Look at it this way... GBA could handle a pretty decent port of SFA3, so I think Darkstalkers would certainly be possible. I wish Capcom would release a series of older fighters on GBA for budget prices. I paid $20 for SSF2T a long time after it came out, and I love it. Sure, it's not the same as playing at home at all, but it's fun when you can't get anything else. I'd gladly throw down $20 for SFA2, MSH, almost any older Capcom fighter.

If crawfish were still around they could most certainly do it. They could port this game easily if they used the same methods they did with sfa3 but have far more space left over for better music since that game has no where near the amount of characters and sprites as sfa3 does. Im sure that group could have done a faithful port of any capcom fighter if they had 16 mb carts.

If a decent crew made the port, considering the smaller cast of DS then the conversion should be along the lines of KOF EX2 which was good in my opinion.....

The closest thing right now is the european port of Super Puzzle Fighter since it has Donovan, Morrigan, Felicia, and Lei Lei... it's a pretty good port with only minor losses in animation. The GBA is a little powerhouse.
Here's looking at you... Onime.

They could probably handle a port with little quality loss, but in the end a completly orginal game built towards the GBA strengths would work out better...

I'm with Fuchikoma. It's just a little pocket sized powerhouse.
