Leastways I got a different reaction than normal. Mosttimes when I tell people of my colour-blindness, they immediatly point to some object and ask me if it's red or green.
I'm not bitter, and last I checked, I don't let cynicism get to me.
I, however, have been insominiac for the last week. Case in point - its 4.00 AM over here, and I'm posting this. Anyone know a good way to induce sleep?
Well that's not very nice that they point stuff out and ask you about it. *Snorts* Bizatches.
As for sleep.. chamomile tea does wonders for every reason for not sleeping. If that doesn't work... try a healthfood store if you can find one. Melatonin can be bought in bottles. I recommend not over using it, though. Long term use of sleep enducing medications CAN alter the brain into not producing its natural melatonin anymore. Then you'll be really screwed. BUT that takes a while. You might try looking for some anyway. Chamomile is all natural, non addictive, and it's also a muscle relaxer, nightmare reducer, and a stomach soother. ^_^ Great stuff!
Hope that helps.
