I wonder how the summons work.
If they force everyone else in the party to watch the actual summoning animation, people are going to be very irritated the 20th, 50th, 100th time round. Especially if there're more than one summoner-type in the party.
There's only so many time you can watch ice shards skim all the everywhere to reveal a near-naked woman.
Let's hope there's a button to skip said animations at the 5, nay, 2 second mark.

I guess it works as I think the rest of the game works: real time.While the summoner summons, the monster and the allies can attack, deffend and stuff...perhaps there's the added risk that one character hits the monster and puts it out of the summon's range...
