If you are, are you looking to share accommodations? That you've already arranged?

I wish... unfortunately, I a) am broke from paying tuition and b) don't work in the industry anymore. Was fortunate enough to go the year they debuted MGS2 (2000)... 3 of the most enjoyable days of my life. It is still an industry-only party, no? (Though nearly any dimwit with a fansite can get in)

If you're going, Mosquiton, have fun... be sure to bring extra deodorant... a lot of stankin' muddafuggas there.

Actually they're really tightening up media registration this year... you have to provide the BUSINESS LICENSE of your outfit. So if you're not in the industry it'll be quite hard to get in this year.

So that should mean fewer people, which is good. I'm getting paid to cover the show, but I'll probably end up just breaking even even if I can find someone to share hotel costs with. So to any perspective roomies, I always wear deodorant and I'm easy as hell to get along with.

If you don't mind me asking, do you work for some sort of publication? Just wondering.

It's probably for the best that they're tightening up. I remember some people bitching last year because there were tons of little kids running around.

That's what confused me. I thought E3 was for people 18 years and up (especially in certain years when complimentary alcohol was served in booths like Nintendo's). Saw a kid who looked as young as 10 years old walking around the floor.

It has gotten better since the stricter guidelines took effect since last year. Seems that the booths are more lively, there's more free goodies to snag and a little less traffic. 2 years ago it was the worst... hardly anyone gave out anything and the booths were sparse and boring.

There was a lot of guys who got in E3 (before last year's E3) solely because they had a website involving video games. It was really crowded back then. I think those days are long gone now...

Same as last year.

Um...I'm going of course, but unfortunately I can't accomodate any more people, I don't think.

most of my staff is going, so...it'll be tight.

But different for freelancers this year. But anyway, that's cool... I don't really want to be in a room with over 3 other people. :D

hehe...neither do I, but I've no choice!

However, I will invite you to our pre-E3 gaming party, if we have it.
