Right from the Arcadia magazine IGS, the company that have made the Martial master game is making an huge Beat them all game.
This one seems pretty good 6 characters, 4 player at the same time, combos and supers obviously here too. the IGS web page just ofer a little text on it and no pics so if you wish:Link Here
I can make a scan of the Arcadia magazine but I didn't go the place to upload it, so if someone can take them it could be great.

Hehehe, there's not even a screenshot, too baaaad.
Anyway...Looks pretty good and character design seems charismatic. Hope you or anyone here post those scans cuz I'd like to know if this game is 2D or 3D. Drop a line here if you know anything else ^_^
A friend of mine had a Psx game with 4 vs 4 (or...8 players in Battle Royale :P) fights. I Hope Martial Master is alike.

It's a 2D game and the name is: Road of the sword.
All I can say is that the game looks similar to Battle circuit( for those who knows him), it works with 4 button it seems really varied. For exemple there is some counter a la samurai Shodown. (Button quick smashing).

I wish I could, but my site gets its bandwith exceeded too easily. It looks interesting anyway, haven't played a good beat'em all since... well, since last week when I played some Shadow Over Mystara, heheh.

well - consider how well you can write beat em up in french eh?

Really, that many? Honestly, that surprises me... Everybody's English is great, so I assumed pretty much everybody spoke it natively. From what I understand, it's not an easy second (or third, or fourth...) language to learn.
I mean, I've never seen anybody resort to GameFAQs "hay how r u doin" syndrome. Most people here are really well spoken/written/whatever.

News about any new game in this genre is always good to hear but I won't get too excited about the game until:
1. I see some screenshots.
2. I actually know that I'll have a chance to play the game. IGS games aren't very well distributed in my part of the world.

yes, as far as I know. many from france, many from spain/mexico/argentina/texas and some from portugues speaking countries...some from japan as well.

I hadn't heard that Texas had seceded from the US and set itself up as it's own country but I can't say I'm suprised by the news. ^_~
