Ah ah!!! Naruto question!!! OK I tell ya everything you want about it....spoiler free of course so you can read it won't break you the story.
this is the soty of a youg boy named naruto (obvious...) this happen in some kind of alternative japan (in fact the world in diffrent) in this place many peoples becomes ninja like some can of popular army( sort of) and the story start when naruto an orphan try to unter the ninja school.
he will make some friend and some rival (obvious 2nd)and he will travel to learn the ninja art and to realize his dream, become the new "Hokage" (master of all the ninja.)
that's for the story, other way I find it graphicaly one of the best design ever IMO, the manga evolve greatly with soem fighting scene and storyline scene (not just a brawlfest...)the good thing is that even being the hero, Naruto isn't always under the spotlight and each character will have a little time for them (yes even the foes.)
if naruto become stronger and stronger he have to pay for that, (we'll se his trainig for each technic he learn, this way that never turn in a overpowered chase like dragon ball.) that allow him to evole slowly be corectly. the ennemies aren't over powered, those are just diference between an child who learn and an adult who master the technics, and naruto doesn't always win.
so far a really good action manga, but IMO try it in japanese since the other version I've tried (French and English) are really pathetic in their translation...

Why did I suppose you would answer here? I've bought the 2nd vol. by now, and I've enjoyed it so I guess I'll continue with the series, if it doesn't become too expensive... Oh, and I guess I'll be reading the Spanish version (by Glénat BTW, ain't it a French publisher?) since I don't know Japanese... I'll always like the original version over the others, but first of all I wanna understand the story.
Oh, thanks for the web, Gekiganger, I didn't know it.
Himawari chan ain't she cute?
