I don't know if anybody is interested, but after finding this link (hey, Impress Gamewatch has been around for a while), I was checking this other page and found these interesting pics at the bottom of this section. So we can assume that 神谷盛治 (no idea of how it's spelled) is the official artist, right? Anyway, check the pics on the first link if you don't know what PC is, one of the most beautiful 2d games I've seen, an amazing Saturn action RPG.

I think it's Kamiya Moriharu but I'm not sure on the given name.

Well, he seems to be credited as the artist of the official merchadishing so yeah, it's him. Couldn't find if he has a website sadly. Still no idea about the spelling.
