Why does the Capcom breath of fire web site have a counter that goes up to 100%, then it makes the screen say game over and makes you start over on their site?

In Dragon Quarter, if your Dragon Meter (or something like that) reaches 100%, you have to restart. It's what they call "survival RPG". We'll see.
