Her is somr minor change I've see in the game, I'm not too far since I not have really the time to play.
So, the dificulty change many thing, like in wonder land the number of evidnce that you'll need will change.
Some of the boss have a new color, like the Armor guard who was in purple and black in KH, in the final mix he is in grey,blue,yellow,red.
This goes for the chameleon boss too who is in green,brown in KH, and in is in pale green, with black Zebra.
So far I've got 2 new cinematics, first Kairi shows you the necklege she do (she just talk about in KH) and now you'll see rikku landed in a Frozen land and Maleficient looking at him.
If I see some new stuff I'll post it.

The movie start with a flash back of all of the FFX cast and the scene with the battle agaisnt sin. then the new title comes, there is a CG movie who shows Rikku, Paine, And yuna in their new outfit the rest are in game movie showing the new map system, some old and new cast, the new airship...And at the middle you'll see a new characters, it a man who looks like laguna, with some glasses and you'll heard him tell something (Sorry My japanese isn't good enough...) then you'll see in fight movies with new mosters and some job change, Yuna change to a white mage, Paine to a thief, and Rikku to a warrior after this part there is a scene in a castel/shrine/factory/whatyouwish where yuna saw a machina wish the yevon sign on it, the machina start to work and then you'll see Bahamut that attack them he just be in a dark form, but it is Bahamut the a new CG movies show Tidus and yuna trying to escape from some guard,(Strange they look more advanced technologicaly than those of bevelle, imagine RE2 swats) and then yuna fell down, Tidus lift her and they run again then the tittle appears, and after a little blck screen you see the date march 2003 and a very strange statue behind.
