It's the same stand, except that what Pucci sealed in the memory of WR is the memory of the stand itself (not really... he sealed the way to use HW at its full power, but anyways WR doesn't know how to use it, it acts by itself, and it doesn't prevent WR to use Weather Report normally at the same time. Well, it's dumb anyways). At full power, HW can control the ozon in the high atmosphere, and that's what he does in his super stupid fight in volume 15.
3rd I saw a book form Araki, all brown with four novel in it, did you know what it is?
You mean Shikei Hôgôchû, Datsugoku Shinkôchû / Under Execution, Under Jailbreak?
It's great. You have Kira Yoshikage and Kishibe Rôhan in it as guest stars, and the best point in it is that in a short story Araki doesn't have the time to forget what he said at the begenning of the story. Or maybe it's just because that thing is old and Araki wouldn't be able to do it again now...
