I haven't offically returned to the board yet I just need some help with one of my projects -__-

I wanted to try to make sprite rips but have been missing a vital key to such an equations... I need to know where I might find King of the Fighter ROMs for NeoRageX (preferably only ones that are 95 through 2k1 as I've already paid for copies of those editions).
