Are Japanese girls naturally blonde?

I was curious,because in video games,there are quite a few(Karin,R.Mika,Yuki)Japanese blondies.

But usually, the ones I see in real life have brown or black hair.

LOL! No.. Asians aren't USUALLY blonde unless there's some sort of bleaching involved. ^_^; But a reddish colored hair sometimes sneaks its way in.. but it's sorta rare.

No. Asians are not naturally blonde. Sure, you've seen people like Eri, Minako and Mika have blonde hair, but in reality, Asians do not have blonde hair. Not even the Ainu. However, for someone like Hinako, it makes sense, since she's a quarter Russian. Oh and by the way, Yuki is not Japanese.

You see a lot of Asian make their hair blonde, like Miki Shinichirou. I've seen him with blue hair as well. I don't know if he ever made it green though. =P

Not naturally, but they're videogame characters, so they can have hair colours that span the spectrum.
Personally, I rather like purple hair. ;D

O_O I'm a sucka' for white hair.. as we all know.. but I also love black. But to be honest.... I like just about every color that's abnormal.. brown and blonde gets boring. I see it ALL the time... That's why I put blue in my hair.. and my sister dyed her's COMPLETELY blue. <nods nods>

Finding out that blonde hair and blue eyes is natural for Japanese women [except for those chicks with green hair] is just one of the many things you can learn from watching cartoons. For instance, thanks to watching Uncle Scrooge cartoons I know there's a town out there populated by nothing but talking ducks!

I'm a sucker for Aqua Green and Dark Blue myself...:)

But yeah, Anime/Videogame hair colors cover the spectrum. More often than not designers use it give characters some added visual personalty..

Interesting. Thanks y'all.

Yeah,it's weird. I guess the Japanese just have a thing for blondes(when it comes to anime and games).

I'm a sucker for bluish-type hair. And some silvery-white.

As far as I know all mongoloids have black hair, with the obvious exception of if their hair turns grey or white. They'd only have another color hair if they had ansestors from another anthropological sub group.

I feel bad for the young guys (early 20's) who start getting bald spots or start getting strands of white hair. I mean, c'mon, your still young!

Personally (my hair color is light brown/dirty blond) I like brown hair. I don't like black hair or blond hair (usually). I want to dye my hair a dark brown. And one day I'd like to have it totally grey/white so that I could look old and wise- but only as dye job and nothing permanent!

Fortunately I don't think I'll ever go bald (neither parent or grandparent is bald). And I doubt I'll get many grey hairs (hopefully I won't.)

In conclussion, I love my hair. I once gelled my hair Guile-style ("Brushhead") for a school play and a lot of people liked it- I was just messing around. Now I do it on special occasions!

Oh and I like odd colored hair, just not on me.
