Well, I don't own Double Impact, but I have rented it a few times. Well, it's the first two Street Fighter 3 games. The graphics are better, they don't look as pixelated or the problem with Third Strike. Unless you put the code in for the game to look cleaner.
Anyway, there's no Chun-Li, Q, Twelve, or Yang. There's Hugo and Urien in the 2nd game. You can change the speed on that game, too. So if you like turbo then there you go. The music isn't as great as SF3:TS if you ask me. If you like Sean then you'll love how he plays in this game. He has a good Shoryuken, not that crappy one he has in 3rd Strike. Other than that, everything else is pretty much the same.
I waited until 3rd Strike came out to get my SF3 action goin, but I wished I had gotten this game too.

While I don't have Double Impact, I do know the Arcade version DID have Yang in it (in fact he was in all three of them, but this was the one where he's actually different than Yun). Makoto wasn't in Double Impact.
Oops. I forgot Makoto wasn't in Double Impact. Neither was Remy, thanks for reminding me. Yeah, now that I remember Yang was in it. I just remembered the intro to the game where Yang flips over Yun's back and rips into him good.
