Do I need to say that he is not an historical character thus can be anything?? If you ask to the designer of the character he can say something on monday, but if you ask on friday he can say something else...

I don't remember any mention of hair dying from SNK even in doujinshi. They just give characters different hair color when they draw them to be interesting, and probably don't think about weather its natural or not at that time.

Just like in manga and anime, characters can have pretty much any hair colour in games. I'm sure it's natural, just like I'd bet Leona's hair is a natural blue, and Ken has naturally blonde hair to go with his black eyebrows.

Actually, Ken dyes his hair. He's 3/4 Japanese so his hair is black.
