It would be great, and instead of the 14438 Kyo, 69782 Iori, 5432 Leona and 8639 gay peop... I mean, Shermie users, we would have 987653 Gôki, 87356 Ryû, 57314 Ken, 43897 Sagat and 1 Dahlsim (me!)
I really wonder which one of the 2 games would be the funnier, really.

No, I was thinking it would have original player-created characters instead, with the SF characters being bosses you have to find and fight all over the world.

Well, the white wolf paper RPG was pretty fun, as long as you came up with your own rules, your own characters, came up with stats for KoF guys, had the characters save the world constantly, rip off Lupin III storylines, ignore the gawd awful art in the books, didn't let the players get the super-powers that the later books had, ignored the story line about Bison getting his power from a meteorite, god that art was awful..., doubled everyone's "hit points", came up with rules for a rage bar and super moves, swear when white wolf steals all the SF moves and renames them in some werewolf book, rip off that really cool internet novel "Ashes of the Phoenix" (my favorite story arc I've ripped off...), do a little drinkin', makes rules for wicked cool moves from other games, and really, that art was the weakest-ass thing, ever. Every other guy was colored green for some reason.
