It's unclear. he looks like the fusion of White Snake and the green baby, and has a power who reminds the one of the green baby. But in the fight against Heavy Weather, Pucci used White Snake normally (even though hje said a few pages before that his stand was berserk and has strange powers). So, either it's Pucci's new stand and Araki really needs a few years of vacation, or it's an adult form of the green baby. Anyways, even if it's Pucci's and the scenario becomes even worse than what it was, that new stand is imo the best of the whole season, badass-ness whise.
