I'm trying to make me some tags and I want to download the software but I forgot the site to download it from.
What is the site?

Tag making software? I don't think that there are any specific software just for making tags ^^;; Actually, any image manipulation program would do. MSPaint can get the job done for you, but a better (and free) software would be Gimp. You can get one here:
Of course, the really good ones (Painter, Photoshop) have to be purchased!

Okay, No what am I suppose to do.
I downloaded the thing that was on the web page you showed me, and I went into WinMX and tryed to set it up and anothin' happened. It said that I needed something else.

GIMP RULES! ...even though it's not really user friendly to the typical Windows buff. I like it. It tends to crash a lot.. and you have to download patches for the .gif, .tiff, and one other file I can't remember. What's annoying is that it takes forever to download and it's huge... and then you need the damned patches. I'd go for Photoshop if you get the chance. Though it's expensive... there ARE ways to get it. ^_~
