Anyone can tell me if the opening movie for Ghost in the Shell SAC (the 3D one that first appears in episode 3) was done by the studio that made the Ridge Racer 4 opening? somewhat looks like their style.

Good question, though I think Production IG has their own in-house 3-d studio to do animation like that. I'll keep an eye out for the studio during the credits, though...

From the ending of the anime, written in the staff : the director of the opening staff is Kei Yoshimizu, from Studio Keika...
As it's written in the page you mention, he worked for Namco, then was freelance...
So you can guess it's not the same studio, but it's the same designer...
