The Virtua Fighter series is made by a Japanese development team. I'm sure they listen to US feedback though.
i seriously doubt it.... the only way that usually ever happens is a game that comes from japan sells better in america than in japan.

There may be similarities in what players in Japan and players in the Americas, Europe, and Australia request. I mean -- players in all these areas do make up the market for these games...
