Not only are shoulder pads coming back into style -but this time for men- but huge-ass sleeve cuffs are going to be the next big thing in fashion. But what's with the unused suspenders? Is Rugal trying to invoke the half-worn overalls look that Alex has?

...Too bad they didn't bother to go into photoshop and change the actual sprites to look like that.

Apart from the outfit, he looks a tad like the Dracula from Castlevania Symphony of the night. LOL

You might be a nerd if":
You know where this quote is from...

"The demons squeal in sheer delight
It's you they spy--so plump so ripe.
For though the gloom is hard to beat
It's there you stand with frozen feet.
You try to run you try to scream
But no more sun you'll ever see.
For evil reaches from the crypt
To crush you with it's icy grip."

Nah, he's just another supporter of mid-80s fashion, protesting the cancellation of FOX Broadcasting's "That 80s Show." Unused suspenders and shoulder-padded mens jackets -- good memories.

But that look made sense since he had to pull down his suspenders in order to take off his shirt when he stopped fooling around in KoF94. I guess constantly blowing up and being over-run with evil power he can't control is starting to take a toll on Rugal and is making him a bit punchy when it comes to dressing himself.

Bet he wishes Vice and Mature weren't dead . . . oh, and that he wasn't dead too, I guess.

Or that it's a video game ( hence he can come back anytime the game-makers feel like bringing him back ) AND that his official hobby is " resurrection " .

Edit: Oh, yeah, LOVE those shoulderpads. BTW, did anyone else notice that they have something resembling the Kusanagi family crest on them?

I think his shoulder pads look ridiculous. They bare a suspicious resemblance to funky mushrooms. His mouth, per Nona's usual style, is too big as well.

I think that's quite a good look for Rugal (and it's a good drawing as well) to me, he actually does look godly.

Still, can't help also thinking that he looks like a reject from the NESTS saga

Considering this is the last time we'll see him for awhile (Not to mention his 4th appearance in KOF.), why bother?!
