First, in which country do you live?

Second, there are several different Famitsuu magazines published in Japan -- which one are you looking for?:
Weekly Famitsuu
Monthly Famitsuu Bros.
Famitsuu PS2
Famitsuu Wave
Famitsuu Xbox
Famitsuu Cube + Advance

Third, what is SSB:M?

I may be able to recommend some shops that can get the magazine for you.

I recommend contacting any branch of the Asahiya Bookstore or Kinokuniya Bookstore chains (there are plenty of these shops in California). Tell them you are looking for the December 2002 issue of "Famitsuu Cube + Advance" magazine, and that it went on sale in Japan on October 21, 2002.
