Why won't capcom make a street fighter title in 2 d that has almost if not all the characters it has had before. games now adays can do that. and systems can hold them.
Give us a: Capcom Vs. All, or a Street Fighter Ex Alpha X.

Ken and Fei Long are the best, yet only a few times have they been in same the game.
I would be very happy if they could team up, and bring the pain so to speak.

Near the gate of Death you can appreciate if not understand what it is to be alive.

Who can walk on a beach at night alone and not think of the great mysteries?

Riddle: What do you use to kill a monster?
Answer: Another monster of course.

I imagine it's because Alpha 3 kind of already DID have nearly every Street Fighter from before (and a whole lotta Final Fight ones) besides the SF3 ones. And it even has one of those in the latest version.

Not quite, a few Street Fighter 1 characters were missing. Plus the cyborg from the SF movie ^_^ Personally I'd like to see a remake of Street Fighter 1.

At this rate all Capcom would have to do is throw in all the remade characters into one game, whip up some new BGs and presto, instant remake.

Personally, I'd like to see Bonus Rounds make a comeback. They felt kind of forced in Third Strike.

MVS version in 2003. Are you ready?

You know, at first I was excited to see the bonus games in SF3 make a come back, but then they got real tedious. What's the joy in destroying and SUV with punches and kickes? The barrel games were more fun cause they took a bit of skill. The parry game is alright, but still boring.

BTW, does anyone know how to get an Excellent score in the trash the SUV game? I got it once and I have an idea on how it works, but have never been able to repeat it.

they also need to bring back spectators that where in the background ala street fighter 2, you'd think that if they where fighting on the street people would gather around to watch.

Well, they haven't remade all the SF1 characters yet, just the ones that weren't too lame. I'm pretty sure both the Japan and American fighters haven't come back yet, but it's not like they need another ninja or big shirtless strong guy anyway.

wwhat i usually do (this doesnt always work for some reason) is beat up each side of the car, umm, like with ibuki, what i'll do, is if i start off on the left side, i lp,mp(2hits),c.hk,hk, until i see that the left side is damaged enough, the i go to the top, destroy the winsheild with some crouching attacks, till its damaged enough, go to the right side, do the same as the left side until it loses its wheels, then once its done that, i waste my supers on it (when using ibuki, i usually use SAI) moajority of the time i get an excellent, the smae basic idea works with everyone from what ive tried..

Eh Capcom has done pretty well with the SF 1 characters they've brought back. They turned Gen, a generic old man from China into a bad-ass with two fighting styles, Adon from a funny looking 8-bit bird-man appearance into a villain you love to hate, Birdie from a mohawk punk into a....bigger, blacker mohawk punk, and Birdie from a british guy in suspenders to a flaming homosexual ^_^

Man, I love Adon, Gen, Birdie and Eagle. Capcom did do a great job with those guys. Sagat is also cool. The only people that are missing are Joe (generic US fighter dude), Geki (ninja), Retsu (WTF? Monk?) and Mike (boxer and not M. Bison/Balrog). I guess I would like Retsu and Geki to make a return. Geki is too similar to Vega and Ibuki though. And Retsu never did anything special but I'm sure Capcom would do a great update on them. The other updated fighters were done well. Joe would of been a perfect parody of Terry . In SF1, Joe's stage was in a train yard. And who needs Mike when you have Balrog.

Mike IS Balrog.

You forgot Lee, Yun & Yang's dad. Has the hopping punch.

Too bad SF1 plays like crap, its got 6 buttons and lots of moves, advanced for its time. I wish there was a remake made by someone on the net that fixes the horrible controller problems, like taking 10 tries to do a fireball, then it would be a fun little game.

Pss. Just to add, the M. in M. Bison stands for Mike.

You ever here that old story about the 3 holes in the ground.... Well Well Well

Yeah Ive been waiting years to see the return of these characters Geki Joe ect...

I think at this point I would like to see the ultimate in 2D fighting. For Capcom to go back and redo all its installments of Street Fighter with all those nostalgic backgrounds redrawn. Seeing every Street Fighter redone in rich beautiful animation. To make this "dream game" all the better why not import the infamous versus idea. Why not throw SNK into the mix as well. Have massive character interactions and indepth storylines and "independent and unique" endings. For the ultimate in Capcom vs SNK. As for Marvel Hmmmmm hmmmmm. No doubt MvC2 is like the best but, I would keep them out of it at least for now. Soo the character roster would in the hundreds with a ton of backgrounds. It would be nice if there was a slew of hidden character to unlock ala MvC2. Man I could go on and on but for Capcom to do this. Well I'm sure I'll be waiting for years to come

Nah, remember, the boxer is really " M. Bison " . Besides, the proper abbreviation for " Major " is " Maj. "
