I distinctly remember it not being Tonko, and not recognizing the name of the person(s) that did it. I'll have to play through it again I guess.

Didn't Senri Kita do the in-game artwork as well? He did all other official artwork for the game.

Senri Kita rules by the way. Easily the best illustrator SNK ever had.

You forgot a couple of games there.

Daichan also did Darkstalkers:Night Warriors Revenge for Sega Saturn. And some X-Men vs SF stuff.

Edayan also did SSF2TR illustrations for the GBA.
