I saw just the first episode and I am welling to buy get all of the series , is it worth it? is there any advice? I want an anime at the same level as LOVE HINA! need advice anime guys!

Yes, I My Me Strawberry Eggs! is a very nice series. Get it if you can afford it ^^
Hmm, as for anime the same level as LHina, I guess you'd like series with humour, romance and some ecchiness? :) Some of my picks for teen romance stories:
Onegai Teacher / Onegai Sensei Schoolboy with weird condition gets tangled up with a pretty alien teacher. Ask Rid about this one; he's crazy about the main female character ^^
Fruits Basket (Furuba) Very sweet and touching story about a schoolgirl who befriends a family with a big secret. I've seen this series reduce huge muscular man to tears!
Kareshi Kanojo No Jijou / His and Her Circumstances (Kare Kano) Shoujo school teen romance story in usual crazy Gainax style, by none other than Hideki Anno (NGEvangelion director). Very very good!
Ai Yori Aoshi (Bluer than Indigo) A bit like Love Hina, but with more (better?)characterization and fanservice ^^ I really like this series, but it's seems that not everyone likes this.

He'll dress up as a female teacher of course.
It's a very funny series. I only watched the first four or five episodes and there's thirteen in all. You should pick it up.

I watched the first two episodes of Onegai Teacher a long while back...didn't get into it. Then I watched the rest of it.
I did not expect it to be that good. I thought it was really well done.
Ai Yori Aoshi is very good too...
But all in all, my favorite series from last year is Kokoro Library. :D :D :D

New Love Hina? If you're not refering to the Love Hina Again 3 part OVA, there is a much rumoured Love Hina Wedding Special...

Yeah, the main problem of Onegai Teacher is that you have to wait until after episode three to really get interested on it. Unfortunately not everyone is willing to do that.
Ai Yori Aoshi also has a lot of potential, as well as Kokoro Toshokan although its not for everyone due to its slow-than-average pace.
Right now I am a lot into Kanon as well, other titles I am looking into are Saishu Heiki Kanojo (too good - think of it as Kare Kano with a military twist) and Boys Be (actually trying to pick up again).
