"Help unlocking all secret characters in CvS"

I've been working with the owner of the arcade to unlock all of the secret characters in CvS, but we're having trouble unlocking: Morrigan, Akuma, and (please forgive me for forgetting her name) the girl from Sam Sho.
We fight Akuma and the Sam Sho girl all the time, but he only got to Morrigan once. Could someone please help?
