Well, if you guys can notice from my name, I am a long time Seiken Densetsu fan.

After reading the Square announcment news on the front page, there is only one thing I can say:

YEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!

The best thing is that the game is developed by Brownie Brown, the same guys who did the classic Seiken Densetsu games. Seiken Densetsu going back to its roots? I can't wait!

I hope it goes back to classic Seiken style gameplay. I didnt mind legend of mana for ps but i prefer the older titles.

Well, despite the story being the most idiotic and boring of any rpg I've found ever, the gameplay was very interesting, a copy of SD2(SoM), but BETTER. Yes, I think that SoE gameplay is better, for the simple reason that in the later stages of SoM, you had to charge your weapon up to... 6-7 levels!! to make a considerable amount of damage, for example to bosses. That was annoying as hell. In SoE, the charging system was better. Only 3 levels maximum, that was better. Also, the "alchemy" was entertaining.
The music was pretty good, and the game had it's moments, like the market in the medieval time.

Sadly all the good things were forgotten when you advanced through the (horrible, pathetic) storyline, and in certain places (the forest maze, for example, very boring).

I wouldn't buy it if it was released in GBA, but it would have it's public, I think.

aish. i never liked SD3's battle system. I really think they should of made it more like SD2. I'll admit the recharge bar is annoying, but SD3's wait time between attacks was ridiculuous. I'll admit techs are better than charge attacks. Well at least techs looked better.

SD3 was a better game overall relative to SD2. SD3 reminds me of Ragnarok - which is kinda strange.

I swear Ragnarok should just rip off some more of Squaresoft's ideas. It would be better that way.

I love SoM, so I look forward to it. Wonder if you can hook up three GBAs for it.
