This has got to be the weirdest experience I've had as a news site operator.
First and foremost, the scans at Newtechnix are- without a doubt, rips from my site.

Even with a miracle, there's no way to get two identical scans with the same pixels, angles, and hue/colors. Even more, the two has same dust particles from the scanners.
Now, comes the weird part.
SuperTony is a total pain in the ass lamer. From the reply I got from him, there's no doubt that it's useless to try and beat some sense into him. Fortunately, the site isn't a one-man operated deal, and I've received a mail from one of his colleagues. They do get the magazine- and there's other articles in the site which prove it. Still, the idiot takes from another site?
So, my guess is that...
1- Newtechnix gets the magazine, but they were too lazy to scan the DOAX article, and decided to rip from MMCafe instead.
2- Newtechnix doesn't actually have the magazine, and all their images are taken from other sites.
I'm a bit puzzled of the whole situation myself, but one things for sure: the message stays in the index until they get their own pics... or they run out of date.

Naah, all in all, I want to keep the images as clean as they can be so that the viewers can enjoy without being annoyed. It's crossed my mind before tho', of course. I remember talking about it with the owner of Gpow.com (anyone remember that site.. Gouki's GPow?), and I've still never done it, lol. I guess it's something that I just have to bite. I just hope that they.. urmn, bite the bait that I'm going to put up, so that they can't make any more excuses. I'd rather have someone say "yeah we did it, we're lamers!" than lie about it.
I think I can ban IPs if I really wanted to, but I don't think it'd be much effective for data that's outgoing, instead of incoming like a BBS.

Whoa, I checked my mail right now, and I actually got not just one, but three new messages from them, despite telling them that the subject is over. I won't post it in the mail relay since it's already ended, plus the mail isn't even really a reply- it avoids answering back to most sentences I had written, just keeps babbling nonsense. Still, it's so damn wacky that I needed to put them somewhere. I think they almost have the IQ of a cock. I'm not going to reply to these, since there's no sense in talking to a pair of dicks.
Btw, I'm still in a lucky spot. I was discussing it with staff of The-sugoi.com; they're in an even worse situation since they're a French site-- Newtechnix ripps from them even easier.

I've notice something on the web, people think that sites put their logo on
images to tell that they are the source, we are not doing that, we just put
the logo to prevent others sites to take the images from our site, we not a
Journalistic source but a videogame magazine, were not here to make war with
the whole web because other sites takes our images en retried the logo, we
are just here to inform people of the videogames news, when you will
understand that we're here to inform, not like you to tell every one that
you are the first and the best site, and that people don't care that the
images is scan by Mister X or whatever, it's really pathetic from you. I was
sure that you were going to tell me that you are working since 8 year on
your site, but with your comportment it doesn't advantage you, 8 year and
you react like that, were you hibernated or something like that, just go out
you will see how the reel world is.
Maybe Newtechnix is new but if you reflect in your little mind, you would
maybe thought that we were all working on several sites before, and that our
experience is bigger than yours.
And for your information we have people who work for us in Japan so it's not
a problem to have the Famitsu the first day, but it's not our politic, I
think that you don't come on our site because you would had noticed that we
have put many booklet of games such as Mario Sunshine, GoldenSun 2 before
their coming out or other stuffs like Jap Ad in stores,...
Now that Gamekult had put your images without your logo, check quickly the
whole website before they take them, run.
Madman's Cafe's definitely my best site, you're so funny and mature.
Hope you won't respond to that mail because you're boring me with your
stories, so bye and don't forget to check Newtechnix.com for more info on
videogames.
PS: Do you think we have to put Newtechnix.com Since 2000. And we will add a
page with all the websites that take our images to tell them that it's bad
because we are the source of the all videogame images , I think it would be
cool, like that we will be as pathetic as you.
