So, to clarify things a bit:

Bengus (now known as CRMK) did the art in Alien vs Predator, the three Vampire games, SFA 1 and 2, X-Men vs SF, MSH vs SF, Marvel vs Capcom 1 and 2, SF2T, SSF2T, Plasma Sword and some of the SF1 newer illustrations.

Kinu Nishimura did the art for Cannon Spike, Dungeon and Dragons, some of the CvS and all the CvS2 art (Capcom Side).

Akiman did the SF3 art.

Shoei did the Strider and Strider 2 art.

Edayan did the Rival Schools art.

Now the questions:

1_Who is the Project Justice artist?
2_Who did the SSF2T revival art?
3_Who is the Breath of Fire 2 GBA version artist?

This is the only one I know : it's still Edayan (EDAYAAAAAAN!!!!)
Oh, and he also did the general character design I think, except for Hayato (by that mangaka whose name I forgot)

[edit] Ok, well, let's check....
I take Capcom Design Works page by page...

Onimusha's art is by Ikeno.
CRMK did a poster for GunSpike, but the in-game art is by Nishimura.
Most of the recent Rockman art is made either by Hideki (or Uji, who did a few art for the PS ports of the NES games).
Toron ni Kobun art is by Maeda Kô (??)and the kobun's mecha are by Komaki Shinsuke.
Strider 1&2 by SHOIEI
D&D : Nishimura
Battle Circuit : Ikeno
Black Dragon, Magic Sword, Lost World, Captain Commando, Final Fight, Side Arms : Akiman.
CvS :
CRMK did the japanese covers (Kyo/Ryu and Joe/Dan). Shoei did the organisation (I think) of the yellow poster with everyone (with many different artist). Shinkirô and Nishimura Kinu did the art of the character (the book doesn't mention anyone else on the Capcom side...)
Edayan did everything on the Justice games (LOVE LOVE EDAYAN LOVE!!) but Nishimura did an (ugly) cover (for Famitsu DC, if I remember well?) with a few characters on it (Akira, Momo, Gan...)
Nishimura Kinu did SFIII, but Ikeno did Third Strike. Shoei did the strange Chunli pick (I actually like it) with very few colors (white, black and brown) for paper bags of a game show.
Nobody remember who did the SF1 illust.
SF2 main illust was Akiman, 2' was Shoei and 2' turbo and Super2 was Nishimura.
Super2 main illust was CRMK. the Super SF2 for SF Collection was by Edayan (Ryu, Chunli and the 4 new characters).
SF Zero main illust was by Daichan, the Saturn cover of SFZero2 by Edayan, and the character illusts (not in the game, in the notice) are by Edayan and CRMK.
Zero 3 main illust is by CRMK, Saturn cover is by Shoei, PS cover by Edayan, and DC Cover by Ikeno.

SF EX Cover is by Edayan, EX2 and EX3 by Ikeno.

Vampire is by CRMK ,though a few calender or bonus illusts are from others.

[SKIP A FEW PAGES]

the marvel.... arts are from CRMK. Star Gladiator 2 and both Power Stone too.

Pcket Fighters is from Maeda Kô.
the art of Warzard is by Edayan, Daichan and Ikeno.

The rest is mostly bonus images.

I wonder about the whereabouts of Senri Kita? I saw her name (I heard Kita-san was a she) on the credits of CVS1, but the only illustration I saw of hers was maybe that illustration of Yuri on the big promotional CVS poster featuring Capcom and SNK artists.

I miss Senri Kita's stuff. :(

Good job on getting all the artists sorted out, especially the ones who weren't thoughtful enough to write their names in English.

are we sure bengus and crmk are the same person? bengus in sfa 1 was fantastic - and his portraits of sakura, rolento, gen, dhalsim and zangief were great in 2. but the other (returning chars) seemed to be done by someone else (and were horrible). and sfa3 was a mess of a work. i have a feeling crmk and bengus are not the same person (or maybe that they are but bengus didnt do much of the art for sfa2 + 3.

i miss senri kita like nobody's business.

Those designs were probably done by the same person, the artist was probably trying different styles to keep the art fresh.

Beats seeing the same style year after year with little to no changes.

I heard from more than one person that Bengus did the art for SF2 Revival, but... still not completely sure on that. And... that would mean he sure evolved his style a lot^^
