The outrage was created buy sol, when he was human named "frederick" The man stole to outrage bleuprints and began to make his own. No one knows who the man is.
all we know is he is taller, bald, wares dark green, has a shiney belt/plate and I-no is his minion/servent.
The book also tells of who the main gears sol swore to kill are
Justice, Necro(dizzy),I-no, Raven
now Raven has not been seen yet. He could be the man. or the man is another and those are four of the man's servents.
The best guesses are the man is
-raven
-someone no one has seen yet
-axl(but I doubt it for reasons I will post only if you ask, since I dont want to type lots)
-Faust (again, reasons....)
Remember the description of the man written abouve(green,bald etc...) This is all we know for sure on him (from the GGX+ ending and the GGX+ movie preview)
