Hmm, what else did I do; also watched some Cantonese movie called "The Eye". Basically, a woman gets a cornea transplant and starts to see ghosts. Quite an alright movie, and it has it's scary moments.
Didn't like MIIB very much though :(
Cool, will have to add it to my must play list when I get a PS2.
As for MIIb2, haven't seen it yet and I'm probably going to wait till it hits Video. Looked like it suffered too much from the bad film sequal curse. I'll probably check out Road to Perdition next, and then follow up with Signs which has some really good trailers going for it.

Road to perdition is an excellent movie.

It was quite excellent, probably the best movie of the summer. And Tom Hanks is wonderfull as a gangster. This is a must see movie...
Yeah, Road to Perdition was a very good movie. Enjoyed it a lot, and for once Tom Hanks isn't the all wholesome goodness lead male actor :D
As for Gungrave, it's very stylish and such, but I finished it in 2 days *sweatdrop* Luckily, it has quite a high replay value and I can't wait to play it again later.
Yeah, you can't beat those comic book movies this summer.
So, about Gungrave: Are there things in the game that you have to unlock? Is the game a straightforward blast-athon or do the objectives in the game stray from that idea [shoot only a particular set of enemies, collect all the keys in a level, a lot of lame platform jumping or what have you?] How free roaming is the game? Is there one specific path you have to follow in the game or does it have branching areas to explore?

"He is called, simply, Beyond The Grave. In each hand, his deadly matching guns, "Cerberos". On his back, a coffin with built-in heavy weapons. Cloaked in darkness and smelling of the grave, he is the anti-hero of the game, "GUNGRAVE"."
Haha, gotta love those weird official site write-ups :)
Ishmael: Gungrave = anything that moves, kill blastathon ^_^
It's quite straightforward, and there's isn't much variation (except for the 1001 ways you can take out the baddies). No weird objectives, just kill everything in sight. As for branching areas, I didn't really explore the game much the first time I played it, but I didn't come across a lot of different routes.
RugalBernstein: Um, since this is kinda spoilerish?
Spoiler (Highlight to view) - The baddies are "BallardBird Lee", some Chinese martial arts guy and Bob Poundmax, some fatass kingpin type fellow.
End of Spoiler
